Dear Class:

Welcome back!  We are now into Corporations that are retail business.  The two over-layers that we will deal with is the fact that corporations have employees and that retail businesses buy goods from manufacturers or distributorships (who deal with the manufacturers) and then sell those goods for a profit.

It is exciting times we live in...Laissez-faire carpe diem!!!
