Dear Class:

Welcome back!  We are now into Corporations that are retail business.  The two over-layers that we will deal with is the fact that corporations have employees and that retail businesses buy goods from manufacturers or distributorships (who deal with the manufacturers) and then sell those goods for a profit.  This will be in Chapter 9.

We have looked at Working Together 9-1 (WT 9-1), On Your Own 9-1 (OYO 9-1) as well as WT 9-2 and OYO 9-2, and almost finished 9-3 WT.

We will plow through 9-3, 9-4 and 9-5, both WT and OYO.  I will be requiring that you do the Interactive Spreadsheets P9-2, P9-3, P9-4 and P9-5 the mimics what we just did (If not on the computer, download folder from:  http://accountingxtra.swlearning.com/multicolumn/default.html in the Xtra Resouces.
