We are done with the Lesson 13 packet. One issue that needs to be clear is that Social Security and Medicare taxes are paid by both the employees and employers. 13-5 will be done using the interactive spreadsheet that is posted on the Accounting website. The website can be found in your book!
They are due today!!!! I will let you finish the 13-5 interactive spreadsheet in class at the beginning of class.
Lesson 14 deals with stocks; 3110-Capital Stock, 3120-Retained Earnings, 3130-Dividends, and 3140-Income Summary. We will deal with an 8-column worksheet for a merchandising business. This will be a hard Lesson so be prepared. Read ahead!
