Dear Class:

We are now into Corporations that are retail business.  The two over-layers that we will deal with is the fact that corporations have employees and that retail businesses buy goods from manufacturers or distributorships (who deal with the manufacturers) and then sell those goods for a profit.  This will be in Chapter 9.

Handout Chapter 10.  We went over 10-1, 10-2, and 10-3 both WT & OYO.  We completed Chapter 10.  Today, we will finish with the Interactive Spreadsheets 10-1, 2, and 3.  In conjunction with the Interactive Spreadsheets, you will do the Mastery Problem on 290--  That is your Wednesday assignments.

On Friday, I will not be here.  I know you are saddened....   You will do the T/F and Multiple for Chapter 11, which will be handed out to you at this time.  Make sure you read the material as you do it.

However, the good news is I will have a crossword puzzle over Chapter 9, 10, & 11!  Hurray!!!!   You will do the T/F and Multiple.  Make sure you read the material as you do it.

Chapter 10 continues the saga of the retail corporation.  It is now time to sell the goods that were purchased (Chapter 9) to make a profit.

I want to review last semester.  1st, what is the accounting equation; what is the income equation; what is the final consideration one looks at for the sale of a business.

It is exciting times we live in...Laissez-faire carpe diem!!!

I love handouts, don't you?  I will hand one out since you insist...
