Dear Class:
I will not be with you today. I have a substitute who I want you to give full honors to. The monitors should be turned off unless you are doing the interactive spreadsheet as mentioned below.
You are currently done with the T/F and the Multiple choice of Chapter 15. We will go over the "Financial Statements for a Corporation" which encompasses "Preparing an Income Statement", "Analyzing an Income Statement", "Preparing a Statement of Stockholders' Equity", and "Preparing a Balance Sheet".
Because I have already gone over the "Financial Statements", "Preparing an Income Statement", and explored the "Statement of Stockholders' Equity", please finish up the "On Your Own" in these sections. The "Preparing a Balance Sheet" is self explanatory so you should not have any difficulty finishing the "On Your Own"
If you are done with Chapter 15 Handout, please start the "Interactive Spreadsheet" P15-5. It is a single file but it contains the following tabs: Income, Equity, Balance and Ratios. Each is short but must be done.
