Dear Class:

Welcome back!  We are now into Corporations that are retail business.  The two over-layers that we will deal with is the fact that corporations have employees and that retail businesses buy goods from manufacturers or distributorships (who deal with the manufacturers) and then sell those goods for a profit.  This will be in Chapter 9.

I want to review last semester.  1st, what is the accounting equation; what is the income equation; what is the final consideration one looks at for the sale of a business.

It is exciting times we live in...Laissez-faire carpe diem!!!
